Why isn't our coupon working?

    We are offering a 10% discount for early bird registration for one of our events. We are receiving calls from customers saying they are entering the code but not receiving the discount.

    Hi,

    I checked your form and your coupon does indeed appear to be working:

    The discount is not applied to raffle tickets but it appears that is be design.  I would recommend putting your payment form in sandbox mode and testing to see if the charge is actually applying the discount.  

    As I am unable to test your authorize.net account, this is something you may have to check on your own.  If it is still not working let us know and we will be happy to look into it further.

    Interesting. I had a person contact me yesterday and I entered the information for them. I entered the coupon code and it did not reflect the discount. Is there some step I may have missed?

    I do not believe so, I didn't change anything in your form at all, just checked to see what the coupon code was and then entered it.  There may have been an issue with the expiration date possibly?  Can you get it to work now?  If not let us know and we will see what we can do.
