Sorry I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish here. You want to group them like changing colors, change font size of the input fields etc..?

If you want to get there ID you need to inspect the page or follow this guide on how you can find the input field ID's http://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-find-Field-IDs-Names.

If you choose FullName you get one "Block" with a label and two input fields (First Name, Last Name) and you can move this block around. The same for Address there are several input fields in this block.

What I want to do is, I want to define such blocks myself. Is this possible and if yes how can I do that?

Removing some field, example in the address field and group them with others so you can move them around in the form builder is not possible but if grouping element to show and hide them is possible by using the form collapse which I think is not what you are trying to do.

I think you were trying to create your own element by removing or getting from other elements and save it as your custom block? Sorry but this is not possible.
