I checked on this and found that your subscription ended back on 10/11/13 due to non-payment which was over a year ago. This was because of a problem with your card at the time so we were unable to rebill you then to continue your subscription. Anyway, there's no need to worry since this has already been cancelled. Also, remember if you need service again you may upgrade at any time.
