Are the forms mobile optimized?

my website is johndefiora.com, and no matter what i do, it will work on the website but does not work via mobile. Like someone will select a drop down option, and it will not do anything, please help =)

Our forms are mobile optimized but occasionally different mobile browsers interpret things in different ways.  Embedding your form to a webpage using the iFrame embed method is usually the best way of cutting down on formatting issues but it appears you are using the form by itself.  Here is that embed method just in case:
