I want to be HIPAA compliant and am wondering how to set up my account to only get alerts that I have a new submission but keep all info on the site.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

All you would need to do is setup your email alert to pass not data.  Open your email notification:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

And strip out all the data that would normally be forwarded.  Here is an example:

This way you would still receive a notification that someone has made a submission, but nothing would be in the actual body of the email.

Please let us know if you have any other questions and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using Jotform!
