When I cloned your form to test it, I was indeed able to adjust the dates to 2014:
When I change that to 2014, it does indeed save the changes. You do need to click outside of the box for the change to take once you change the number. Make sure to not close the setting until you click another field. Here is my cloned version of your form with the changes:
