I have purchased premium account access and my user interface is not working; i can not get into my individual forms to check the submissions or edit the form and none of the other links or buttons are working on the site. This is very frustrating.

I see that you are experiencing some issues in accessing the forms after logging into your account. It seems the issue is with browser cache. I request you to clear the browser cache by following the steps provided in http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
