Since 14:00 today all of our email enquiries that get sent from our embedded Jotform on our website get put into the same thread in our Gmail inbox. It is quite frustrating as there are now over 40 separate emails from different clients all grouped together.
Is this a Jotfrom issue or something to do with Gmail?

You did not mention what actually the specific issue was. But the way I understand it, you must be referring to the notification emails now NOT being filtered by the email rules you had setup on your gmail.
One way to check if there were changes, is to check why the email rules are not working anymore. Example, if you have setup rules for incoming jotform emails, please check if the "From" address is still correct on the email rule.
I can personally attest that Gmail could probably be the one that have issue because I had experienced this same dilemma you had just recently. I used to to have email rules that filters incoming jotform emails and put them to specific folders for easy organization. I did not see any changes in the "from" email address from JotForm -- all emails were still coming from "email@example.com" but all of a sudden email filter is not working for it anymore.
The only way I was able to fix it is by redoing the email filter I have setup in my Gmail again. I had to remove and just create again the email filter.

Thank you for your response. It started working as normal again at midday today. Didn't change any of the settings in Gmail so not sure what happened.
