What exactly does "sub-user account" mean?

I have 22 clinics that I want to build order forms for.

No ecommerce, just a form each one submits to indicate certain repeat items they're running low on.

Each clinic has will have an individual login - so that they see only the form specific to their clinic,

but all the orders go to one email address.

Is the login the sub-user, or is it the email address the forms go to?

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    Hi Rick,

Sub User accounts are where you'd like to give other users read or view access to some or all of your forms. When you grant users access they can log in with a separate address and access the forms and submissions that you've selected for them.

For your case, it sounds like you don't need that. What it sounds like you want is to customize the notifications for each form so they go to the specific email address you want. More information on customizing notifications can be found here:
