I get a blank popup page after clicking "Add JotForm Tab" for Facebook

 

his is my first time trying to create a JotForm to be added to my Facebook page. I've successfully created an order form but I am stuck at the step to add it to Facebook. After clicking "Add JotForm Tab", a blank popup window appeared with the following url:

There is no options to select my FB page.

Appreciate your advice on how should I proceed.

Make sure you have your own facebook page not just an ordinary facebook account. If you haven't created a page yet you may visit this link https://www.facebook.com/pages/create/ then create a page. Once done creating a page make sure that you login to your facebook page account not the regular facebook account.

I have tested the facebook tab and it does work on my end. Also try to clear your browsers cache before doing the steps.
