Plan Upgrade currently Not working?

    I had purchased the Premium plan. It was purchased for aidangig@gmail.com that account. Though, In safari I had purchased it properly but the buttons coded for the website were not letting me register for the account porion. So I have a premium account floating in dead air. My order id: INT140720-4210-45732

    Can I have this premium plan loaded under this account? Thank you.

    Hello aidangignac,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking your payment details, I found that you have not mentioned your account username while making the subscription payment. That is the reason why your account was not upgraded automatically.

    I have taken care of this account issue and manually upgraded your account to premium monthly subscription. Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
