Order form not showing in Apple devices

    The ordering form opens fine on desktop, but does not show up on mobile devices.  I have tried many different types of mobile devices and none of them show the ordering page.

    After investigating further, seems only Apple devices are affected.  Android is fine, but iPhone and ipad cannot see ordering form.  The strange thing is that the contact form can be seen on iPhone and ipad but not the ordering form.

    I inspected the source code and it seems that you are using a secure version of the form (Order form).

    I believe the  https:// url is creating a conflict this is why it is not showing in Apple mobile devices. You may try embedding again the form using the https://secure version:
