Hi
I have just registered my account and my colleague has shared some files with me. However, when I try to view submissions it says that login is required. However, I can confirm that I am logged in already.
I tried logging out and closing browser and then returning afresh but with the same result:
You can't see the submission data for this form. Please login firstThanks in anticipation for your help

Hello Michael,
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check and found out that user "francoisuclan" have given you access to some of the form. But the access given is to edit form but NOT to view the form's submissions. That is the reason you are not able to view the shared form's submissions.
Please ask your colleague to grant required access to view form submissions as well. The "View Submission" option needs to checked as well. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
