    Dear Madams & Sirs

I have created last year two forms in my account paolowolf (or pwolf@wolf.it).

Probably I have created in your US-Server and now my other forms are located in your EU-Server (or viceversa)

It's possible for you to copy the following forms into my account?

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformeu.com/jsform/32664170427352"></script>

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformeu.com/jsform/32754127260349"></script>

    Hello Paolowolf,

Upon checking both the forms, I found that they are associated with a guest account. These type of accounts are created when you do not sign up / sign in to your JotForm account and start building forms.

I have moved all the forms from your guest account to your account with username "Paolowolf". Please sign out from your account and then sign in again or simply refresh to see both the forms in your account.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
