Changes to Jotform not showing up in email notification ?

    Problem: I've added phone number and Interest to the the jotform and while the form is updated on the website the information being submitted and collected to the email repository is not being updated.

    Question: Where is phone number and Interest fields information? How do I fix?

    Hello qfna,

    You can edit the email notification by:

    1. Edit your form
    2. Go to Setup & Embed tab
    3. Click Email Alerts on the tool bar
    4. Click Notifications

    Once you have the pop-up editor in it, you can simply modify the contents on the WYSIWYG area. You can add the missing fields and values on the Form Fields, on the right panel.  Click on the chosen fields so that it will be included in the WYSIWYG area.

    Or the fastest way is to simply delete the Email notification by clicking Delete E-mail and then add a new Notification.
