How to recover a deleted submission record?

I accidentally deleted a contact from one of my forms. Is there a way to see any deleted contacts so I can add that person back in?

Do you mean to say that you have deleted a submission record from your form?

Unfortunately it is not possible to recover a deleted submission. Once a submission is deleted it get deleted permanently. The only option available is to recover the data from the submission emails you must have received. 

You should always integrate your form with google spreadsheet which works as your back up. It will save a copy of the submission data in your google spreadsheet.
