Jotform Automation Approval workflow

Does anyone know of a form builder that can make automation and workflow easier? For example, my exec needs their website to open a link so the customer can fill out their information and submit it. Once the information is submitted, it comes directly to the exec team so they can approve it online.

Hello - once I sign up for Jotform is the system somehow integrated into my website, where the form's link will be stationed? I am not sure how the steps work.

Thanks for getting back to us.  Yes, you can embed the form into your website. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
• Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code.
• That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.

Is there someone I can speak or chat with for about 15 minutes to get more accuracy on which form I need to use for my business website and how the workflows will work for the business? I need to see how to embed a code into our business website to start the automation process. Also, I need to get more detail on pricing as well.

What you need in a form all depends on what kind of information you want to collect. I would suggest creating a free account and following this guide on creating your first form. This will allow you to get familiar with the product and see the capabilities of our form builder. Here's a guide on how to embed your first form on your website. I would suggest using the iframe embed also as it usually is the most reliable.
