Change email address

Hi,

Is there a way to choose which email address we want for alerts of new form sign-ups? We tried to change our email address to the current but now we are not receiving any alerts of signups.

You can change the email address that you want to get notified by modifying the Recipient email in Notifiers of Email Alerts. Please go through the document that helps in Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.

With the existing email address, I see that the emails are being delivered normally.

I request you to follow the guide to change the email and check if the issue is resolved. If the issue still persists, please get back to us with the email address that you want to change. We'll look into this issue further.
