Your paypal bottoms are broken. Not linking your jotform to paypal payment website

Hello,

I am getting to love your services very much but it seems like your paypal buttoms are broken. I created a form yesterday to raise funds for Barbu medical problem. I place the embed code on my social media networking site www.africatube.net . It shows fine but when fill in the donation form and click donate, paypal message appears saying that there is a problem with the seller email so the donation can not go through. I contacted paypal about it and they even texted the link as you will see in their reply mail to me that it is true because the paypal ottoms are broken. So please take a look and try it for yourself and resolve the problem. Here below is paypal reply with link to try button.

 

I have tried  to check the last form you have created http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42079005107951, but I do not see any integration with PayPal. Please check this guide to integrate PayPal on your form.

The link you sent me is broken on integration tutorial. Also I am talking
about the form I created before the one you sent me link. I am talking
about this form link http://www.africatube.net/games . Are you saying that
paypal is not intergrated in all of my jotforms ? When I go to the
integration area of jotform and click on paypal, the message appears
telling me that I can only do paypal integration once at a time. Are you
telling me that paypal is not integrated in my jot-forms ? Please resent me
the link, Please try this link http://www.africatube.net/games and tell me
it that form is not also integrated. Thank you

The form that is embedded  in such page is different from the one our previous support representative was talking about.

Such form is correct, it got an paypal integration ready to get donations.

And the error you get about not being able to have 2 payment integrations is correct. Our forms do not admit more than one integration.

 

The form you said is correct is broken because when you fill the donation
form in and click donate, it does not take you to the donation page instead
you get a message saying something is wrong with"the sender email address"
so the transaction can not be completed. I am giving you this link to try
it yourself and see. http://www.africatube.net/games . Paypal tried that's
why they wrote me that the button is broken. How can I resolve the message
that I keep getting that "you can not use more than one payment tool at a
time?" Is the paypal payment tool automatically integrated into each form I
create or do I have to click on integration to select the payment tool for
each form that I create ? What am I doing wrong ? How can I resolve the
problem ? Again this you link you said is intergrated is not intergrated at
all because it does not take donors to paypal website to make donation.

Hello,

I did check your web page where you have embedded your form #42074392957968 (Nine yrs old little Barbu medical emergency donation drive ) and I found that you have not mentioned your PayPal email address in your payment question. Please check the screenshot below:

Please be noted that since you already have a PayPal question in your form you, can not add one more payment question. You can have only one payment question in your form. 

You need to click on the wizard icon of your payment question (please check the screenshot above) which should open a new window where you can input your PayPal email address. That should solve your problem.

Thank you very much for your help. You really master what you do. I did as
you instructed and it is now working great. I even tried it by making a
donation and it works perfect. I just have few questions for you.
1.Do I have to repeat the same process each time I create a new jotform by
click on the donate button and entering my account information and the IPN?
Can I use my own donation button and still be able to edit it to enter
account information ?
like
facebook,twitter,linkedin,websites,newletters,painterest etc ? Do it one at
a time. Send me for facebook first. Can I insert it on more than one
facebook page ? I tried embeding the jotform into html email newsletter but
it is not work. I am using high impact email 5.
