    Hi JotForm Team,

First off, I love your form builder! Great job on allowing users to fully customize forms.

I ran across a problem on my From The Summit To The Sea form earlier. Page two doesn't display the photo buttons on Internet Explorer. It works fine with Safari and Google Chrome. IE users cannot proceed past page two because of this issue. Please let me know if there's a solution for this particular issue. Thank you in advance for your help.

    Best Regards,

    Hello FromTheSummitToTheSea,

I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and I was able to replicate the issue you are having. In my case, I was not even able to go to the second page as the "Next" button was not working in IE.

I also checked your form with its direct URL in IE and it seems to work as expected. I was able to click on the next button and advance to next page. Please check the screen shot below:

I would suggest you to embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you :  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hi Jotform,

Unfortunately, the iFrame solution did not fix the issue on IE. Do you have any other ideas? Thank you for the continued help in avance.

    Cheers.

What is your IE version? The iFrame should fix it, but note that IE has its own compatibility settings so please kindly check that:

    Thank you!
