I am trying to login to my account.
USER NAME : mlandrews
My password is not working. Obviously I click on 'Forgot Password' however, I set this account up with an old email address I no longer have access to. Is there any way to login to the account any other way. I need some information in my account.

I am not sure if we can help you on this unless you prove that you are the owner of the account. We are not authorized to change the account email address. I see that the forms of "mlandrews" were last edited in May 2014 but the form has been receiving submissions.
Can you please let us know the email address used as the "Recipient Email" of your form's notification email alert? The profile email address of account "mlandrews" is "mlandrews@ga*******ear.net". The domain still seems to be active and if you want we can send an email to see if we receive any response.

I believe the recipient email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
the password I lasted used was mor******1 however that does not seem to be working now.
The email address is email@example.com however, I no longer have access to it.
The form should be generating hits, as I embedded the form on a website.
Please let me know if there is any other confirming information I can provide to help me login into my account

Unfortunately the recipient email email@example.com you mentioned is incorrect.
This is not the correct email account setup in the notifications of the forms under the mlandrews username.
Although the account email you mentioned firstname.lastname@example.org is correct, this is not sufficient to associate your current username to the account you mentioned.
Can you tell us why you cold not access the email email@example.com anymore?
It could be much simpler if you can still access this email because it is still Active with no issue.
It is also a bit inconsistent because from what I checked on the website the form is still embedded there and everything else are still working.
Domains and email accounts usually have backup options to retrieve them in case of forgotten password or login name. Can you not use the backup option anymore to retrieve access?
