Can my username be changed?

    Hi there - I set up a Jotform account for an organisation I have been doing some volunteer work for.  I am no longer working for this organisation and would like to change my account name to the name of the organisation so that they can continue to use the Jotform account.

    My account is currrently in the name of THackett and I would like to change it to AdoptionFirstSteps

    Is this possible?

    Hello Tania,

    Upon your request, I have changed your account username to "AdoptionFirstSteps". Please sign out form your account and then sign in again with your new username.
