    Dear Customer Service,

I am the CIO of and we are looking for a brand new form solutions for our users and our clients.

Our website is accessed from people that would like to study Japanese abroad, when they decide on the school, they will have to fill an application form. Now, this application form will not always be correct. So, we would like our client (the Japanese language school) to have private access (via login or an autamatically generated shared link) to the same form and review it. In case of mistakes or questions, the client should be able to comment in a different color the relevant part and send a notification for review to the user (the student). Eventually the student would see this notification, update the relevant field and save the updated form. A new notification will be sent to our client (the school) for final review.

Our company should be able to supervise the process and access to the form data and comments at any time.

I have attached a screenshot that should explain the process.

Would be this possible with your form system? If yes could you please briefly tell us how?

We may consider using 3rd party application which integrates with your form system to have this work.

We look forward for your reply.

    Hi there,

You can allow users to fill out a form and then edit the data later
with the use of the {edit_link}. You can visit the following article
on our user guide on how this can be done:

Unfortunately though it will not be possible for the School to add comments
to a user's prefilled form. As a work around though the school can use the
notification email to send their comments to the user.

Let us know if you have questions.
