Can the form be emailed as a pdf when submitted?

If I understand your question correctly, you wan to receive your form's submission data in PDF format. Is that correct?

It is possible to achieve your requirement. Here are the steps you should follow:

1. Load your form in editor.

2. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab and then click on the "Email Alert" button.

3. Click on the desired notification from the list.

4. In the email template, add "{pdf-link}" in the desired location. Please check the screenshot below: 

When your user submits the form and you receive the submission email, it will have a download link. On click of this link, you will be able to download the submission data in PDF.
