For several weeks now I have been unable to download my form submissions as either Excel or CSV files. The download starts every time but fails without ever getting anywhere. It simply says download failed. I have tried different browsers and clearing the account cache.
Any ideas? Thank you.

We have no similar issue being reported today. It says "Network Error" and it's a common download error. Check this info from Google: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2898334?hl=en
Did you also try to download the submissions using another browser? Try it using Firefox. Please update us here for the results.

I have tried Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox and get the same problem with all of them - but only when downloading the Excel or CSV files for ONE of my JotForm forms. The same files for my other forms download perfectly. The form is called "NCO Audition Application 2014".

I also tried downloading it on my end, and I was able to do it successfully using your account.
I downloaded the with custom range you have already setup in the form submission.
If you need the CSV file you can already download it from here.
(right-click on the link and choose Save As to download)
There must be cache issue on your browser.
You may want to try refreshing/clearing the browser cache
then close your browser, then open again
and login back to JotForm https://www.jotform.com/login
