I would like to change my credit card on file with jotform. How do I do that without getting billed again for the current month?

Since you're paying through a credit card, your payments are being processed by our third party payment processor Plimus. You have to log in to your Plimus account (which was created for you when you signed up for JotForm) by going to this page.
Your Plimus username is the long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for your JotForm account. Please do not use your JotForm username and password when logging in to the Plimus website.
If you can't find your email that has the username/password, click on the link below and enter the email address that you used when you paid for your subscription. https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp??designId=1
That will reset your password and you can then the details will be sent to your email. Once you have logged in, you can change your billing details.
