I want to create an Order Form so a clients customers can create an online order but I can find a widget to help me and standard text boxes make a very big form!
The form needs text fields for Customer Name; Date of Order, name of person ordering; then 85 lines of specific product info with column titles:
Quantity Required : Customer enters data
Product Code (6): Fixed pre-entered data
Product Description (40): Fixed pre-entered data
Submit button (which also produces printed summary email or order
Obviously I can easily create the Text fields but I can't find (or understand how to configure) an appropriate widget.
Help please?

Thanks but it's a clunky way of creating an order form, especially with 85 product lines!
Is there really no spreadsheet like matrix one can create for the Product lines (just like a paper order form)?
Remaining question: Our customers can order any quantity of product but I can't find a way of configuring the quantity field to accept ANY value (not a preconfigured list). Using your wizards the "Quantity" field does not appear to be editable (customer enters their own value)?
Many thanks in in anticipation.
Phil

Hi,
As far as the quantity question, you can set up your payment form to allow user to enter the quantities like this:
I also found a template that is similar to what you are asking for as far as a product grid:
http://www.jotform.com/form-templates/ferarias1
You would then need to run a custom calculation based on the those fields and pass it to a payment form:
http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form
http://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field
You can also break your form down in to section using page breaks if it is too large:

If you have any trouble setting anything up let us know and we will be happy to help.
Thank you for using Jotform!
