Can I recover deleted incomplete submissions?

    I need to recover the last 10 or so deleted incomplete submissions to my Fall 2014 form. I didn't realize that when they were pending in PayPal, they are held in incomplete submissions, so the submissions were not actually incomplete, but just pending the payment authorization. I deleted thinking the form was incomplete and people were not going to register, but it was just pending the payment authorization, and now the payment cleared, but I am missing their registration. Please help!!!

    Unfortunately, there is no way to restore deleted entries. However, the incomplete payment submission usually means that the form user decided to close the PayPal payment page and to not complete the payment transaction.

    Paid form entries are supposed to be immediately delivered to submissions page, as long as you have enabled PayPal IPN on your PayPal account:

    I have a paypal confirmation of payment, but the registration is still

    Have you received form email alert related to mentioned submission?

    You might also ask user to resubmit the form with skipping the payment step. In this way, you will be able to manually complete their 'incomplete payment' submission in order to move it to the main submissions section.
