Do you provide a chat support?

Random question...do you have live chat...or is that a pop up that is not connected to JotForm?

Hi,

Yes we occasionally do provide chat based support and are working towards providing it on a much more consistent basis.  Whenever you do see the popup, we have live chat support.  We hope to have it full time in the future though.
