I just deleted my form

    I deleted my form by mistake.  Can you help me retrieve or restore it?

    I am able to see only one form in your account and no other in Archive or Trash.

    If you are referring to a form which is other than the mentioned above and if you have deleted the form from trash, I am sorry to inform you that we cannot recover the form in any way.
