I would like to add a section to my webpage where I can direct people to sign up for an event that I host yearly. I want people to be able to sign up and randomly get assigned a letter (a-z) and once that list is filled I want a new list to be created. The information that I need collected should be:
is this possible at all?
I found this idea on this website: http://www.projectgroundhog.net/index.php?P=registration
Though registration is closed for this year, the next link shows you how the webpage created this lists.
First they are organized by grades:
then by groups of 6 or 7
I would just need mine to be organized by groups of 26!
Thanks a lot for your help or any suggestions.

Some part are possible with Jotform. First, we have Expiration Date Limit for the form. The form automatically disables itself once it passes the date expiration limit. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form
Unfortunately, we do not have so called "lists" and get randomly sent to the subscribers but we have many integrations with the other 3rd party services that might be of help. Like MailChimp, GetResponse, Mad Mimi and many others. Checkout the Integrations on the form builder.
Regarding on the fields, they're all available in the form builder. Go ahead and give it a try and let us know if we can be of further assistance.
