Upon checking, I found that my colleague have already responded to you on the following thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/409822
I did check your form "PNTRUST Enquiry Form" where you have added two email alerts. I did not find any issue with any of your email alert. As suggested by my colleague, please check your spam folder and see if the emails are there.
I would also suggest you to sign in to your web mail account and check all the folders there. If you do not see any emails there, you may like to speak to your email service provider and ask them if they are blocking any emails from "noreply@jotform.com". Please ask them to white list our domain names to ensure that the emails are delivered.
