    I'm not sure, because I'm not able to load any of our forms after clicking "My Forms"

    Hi,

    That might be a problem with your browser's cache. Please logout from Jotform, clear your browser's cache and relogin. Also, make sure your browser's cookie and javascript is enabled. If this still doesn't make any difference then I suggest to try it with your other browser.
