Running out of SSL Secure Submissions

    Hello!

     

    My account indicates I am running out of SSL Secure submissions soon.  With my current account, I understand I can only have 10 SSL Secure submissions.  Is that per month?

     

    What happens if I exceed the limit of 10?  Am I able to upgrade for a month to give me 1,000 but then downgrade after a month without losing any of the SSL Secure submissions I would be purchasing in that upgrade?

    Please see http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions for further information about this. Yes, you can only receive 10 SSL on free accounts PER MONTH which resets on the first of the month. This is why you are seeing that message and if you need more right away then that means you will need to upgrade. You can upgrade, downgrade, and cancel as you like when you need it with no questions asked.
