How do I shut down our website?

I am trying to shut down the website for New Vision Organization, Inc.  I have stepped down from the Presidency position and appointed a new president who has built another website at www.nvoinc.org 

 

This website will no longer be used and I now want to close it. Please advise.

Both. Keith Jensen keith02780 left New Vision Organization almost two years ago.
He had my name Leonnabra included on the account as the User as well. Therefore, both accounts need to be closed.
