Pricing and Cancelation

    I am looking to purchase your product for a customer.  Can they be billed directly for this purchase on a monthly basis?  If they buy the 1 or 2 year license and decide to cancel, will they be credited for the months they did not use?

    Hi,

    Yes you can have your customer billed directly but they would need to sign up with their information under your Jotform account in order for the subscription to be applied properly.  We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, but do not offer pro rated refunds for cancelled yearly subscriptions.
