When I log in i can see the list of forms I have created in "my forms" but when I click on the folders there is nothing there.

I am able see 49 forms in your account. It seems the issue is with browser cache. I request you to clear the browser cache by following the steps provided in http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
Also, you may also try using a different browser. This should resolve the issue.
