hello. this is my second note as the first did not get answered.
this is also a continuation of a prior thread since i had this problem before, i implemented the requisite changes that you suggested and i am still not getting data from jotform to automatically feed into salesforce.

I'm looking through the old threads:
I'm guessing that this is the form you're trying to link?
Based upon the comments in the above sections SalesForce doesn't handle file uploads, so perhaps that's why the integration isn't working. Please confirm the form that you're using, and also any errors you're receiving.
Also, a potential workaround if the SalesForce integration isn't working is to use Zapier as an intermediary.
Please confirm the details of the form your working with and error you're receiving so we can look into the SalesForce integration issue further. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

upload the files but all their contact details and other information would
I'm not getting any error message. it's just that none of the data is
flowing from jotform into salesforce.
Are you suggesting I remove the field for the file upload?

Can you please try removing the upload field from SalesForce and try? I will do some test to see if there is a problem with the integration not sending the data to SalesForce, and report it if need it.
