Submissionw with no payment being posted

Most of the submissions posted on "submission page" have gone through with a payment.  I have had several post to the "submission page" that have no payment.  These should have gone to the "pending submission" but automatically go to "submissions".  I didn't think it was possible for a submission to be posted to the "submission" page if no payment was captured.

Yes. The submissions are kept in Incomplete payments till the payment confirmation received from the gateway. Are you sure that the payment is not completed for the submissions? You should be seeing the Payer info in the submission page. Could you please check and confirm the submissions without payments are not existing in your PayPal transaction history?

Please get back to us if the payments are not reflecting in PayPal history. We are happy to assist you further.

There is no payment listed for the submission of the submission page.  There is not Paypal information in the paypal history. I talked to one person who submitted without payment information and was told that after the first page when they selected "next" they got the "thank you" page.  There was no option to pay.  Most of the submissions are correct with payment and the form works fine by going to payment page.

The "# of Players Registering" field from the first page is not required. The calculation result is based on this field so if someone didn't select any number from the dropdown, the form will be submitted without the need to pay for the registration to the payment gateway (Paypal).

To fix that, consider making that field as required then change the default selection to 1.

I have made the field mentioned required but not convinced that is the problem.  The submissions that i am referring to did select a # of players, filled out the required information, and pressed "next" but they were not taken to a payment page.  The submission was posted in "submissions" not "pending". There is one on the submission page.

I would further suggest making the "# of Players Registering" field on the second page required as well.

Please let us know the email address of the submitter so we can check your submissions and evaluate further. Also, did you embed this form to a page? If yes, let us know the webpage URL so we can check the page for a possible conflict that causes this to happen.

    Thank you!

The # of players on the second page is a "calculation" and is filled in automatically.  Most submission are perfect, only a very few people are having a problem. Usually ones that are trying to register from their work computer.  Not sure if it an older software compatibility problem or some blocker problem. Form is imbedded on website using iframe: http://ltamarketingdirector.wix.com/2014tri-levelstate#!registration/cehp

I think there might be a conflict with HTML snippet on Wix and the form, which prevents the required validations and submit the form without the payment.

Can you try embedding the form using the direct link?

I've done this before, and it works with no problem.

I have just seen the above comment about submission going even though no payment has been made and no Pending email is being sent.

I have reported the same problem using my

    form http://www.warehamrotary.co.uk/bikeride/toenter.html

Did you ever get to the cause of the problem above?
