My account was recently disabled because the free usage period has expired. Today I upgraded my account to Premium, but I still can not login my account. The situation is:
If I access jotform through the link sent to my email box, the login button does not have any reaction after I clicked it; if I access to jotform directly from your homepage, it shows that my username and password does not match.
Right now, my webpage having the form made through your platform just shows a blank page.
Right now they don't work (but interestingly, when I upgrade my account and pay the fee, they seem to go through after I entered them)

I have taken care of your account issues. I was able to trace your premium bi-yearly subscription for order #INT140731-3322-65539.
I have applied this payment to your account and upgraded your account to bi-yearly premium subscription. Your account is now active and your web page does display your form without any problem.
