Thank you message same theme as form

    Can we carry the form theme through to the thank you message?

     

    These forms are only appearing on mobile devices so we are sending users directly to the jotform using a shortened url redirect.

    Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. You may consider creating a custom thank you page to your website and use it to your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
