All of my forms are gone! Yesterday, July 30, all five forms were present. I spent much time creating these forms. Can you recover them?

Upon checking your account, I found that it is currently overt quota.
In free account you can only receive up to 100 submissions in a month but you have already received 114 submissions. That is the reason all your forms are currently disabled.
To be able to access your forms again you will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters of all accounts are reset. Please check our pricing page for information on our available plans and its submission limits.
Hope this helps.

I upgraded my account to your premium plan. I am now able to successfully submit the forms from our website; however, the forms still don't appear under MY FORMS using my JotForm login.

I did check your account and found that you have successfully upgraded your account. All your forms are still there in your account. It could be a temporary browser related glitch. I would suggest you to clear your browser cache and try again. The following guide should help you in clearing browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
Hope this helps.
