    Bom dia,

     

    gostaria de saber para mudar para o plano premiun é necessário só o cartão de crédito? fechando o plano premiun por mês , todo mês tenho que pagar com o cartão ou ele já vem debitando automático? e como faço para cancelar, e se o pagamento é seguro?

    Hi there,

    To upgrade your account to premium just login to JotForm and then scroll
    down you should find the Account Settings button. Once you click on
    it you will see a button to upgrade to Premium. During the upgrade process
    you can choose to pay monthly or yearly for the subscription.

    The payment gateway used is Plimus which is a stable and secure gateway.

    To downgrade the account please login to JotForm then click on Account Settings
    from the bottom of the page. The Account Settings will show you a 'Cancel' button
    click on this button and you will be redirected to Plimus website.

    Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original
    plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.

    If you forgot the password you may visit the link below and enter the email
    address used upon sign up.

    Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires

    a minha pergunta é, se eu optar por mensal ai todo mês tenho que entrar em
    configurações e passar os dados do cartão de novo? como funciona o mensal?
    ou ele vai renovando sozinho? o que devo fazer agora eu sei vou lá escolho o
    plano premium mensal digito os dados do cartão e tudo certo, mais e depois
    para o mês seguinte qual o procedimento?

    Hi Thiago,

    Once you have upgraded there is no need for you to submit the
    credit card data monthly. The monthly charge will automatically be
    taken out from your card. The upgrade and submission
    of card data will only be done once.

    E como eu faço para retirar o cartão de crédito do jotform caso eu queria trocar de pagamento?
