My JotForm is connected to a Google spreadsheet, so when image files are uploaded via the form they appear on the spreadsheet. However, they show up in the spreadsheet as URL's. Is there any way to have the files immediately accessible from the spreadsheet once they're submitted, so that I don't have to copy and paste each URL individually?

Hi,
I am not entirely sure how the google spreadsheets treat uploads, but I believe if you set the uploads to be viewed rather than downloaded. The link to view the file should also be included in the spreadsheet.
To do this, change the properties of the "upload files" field
1) Click on the Gear icon
2)Click on Show Properties
3)Change the Download images option to "No"
This should instead give you the full URL for the image rather than having you download it.
You can also send file uploads to your google drive account to have a hard copy of the file:

Please let us know if this does not help and we will be happy to see what else we can find.
Thank you for using Jotform!
