I'm receiving complaints that my form cannot be used on a variety of devices

    No!!! I started one yesterday and have been constantly receiving complaints that it cannot be used on a variety of devices. I have spent HOURS searching for a fix. I have tried all the tips and still nothing. Looking for an alternative site right now!

    I'm very sorry to hear this.

    Do you have the form embed in a website, or are you experiencing this difficulties in the standalone version? If you have the form embed I kindly ask you to provide us the website's url so we can investigate further this situation.

    I made some test submissions and was successfully directed to the Paypal payment page. You can see one of the test submissions under Incomplete Payments:

    Also can you please provide us more details on the type of devices (mobile phones?..) Browser or type of difficulty (can they submit, are they directed to the payment page, cannot access form, error message,...)?

    We will wait for more information to proceed.

    none of my forms allow for mobile use of the form. 

    Please help.
