Fix suspended account?

Hello,

I created my first form today and saved it, but then I got kicked out of it. When I tried logging back in, it said my account was suspended due to suspicion of phishing and I have no idea why this happened. How can I get it back ASAP?

Often times when a form asks for a lot of personal information and not much else, our automatic phishing detector can pick up on legitimate forms and treat them as phishing forms.  It appears you may have accidentally cloned a login page, this caused our phishing detector to suspend your account.  I went ahead and removed this form and activated your account so you should no longer have any issues.  Please let us know if you have any other questions and we will be happy to help.
