On the email notification I need a little clarification. Whose information should go in the senders information? Is the recipients information the email of the person who will get notification when a form is submitted?

Please see this guide for further clarification about how this works. Basically the recipient is you or the email address you want your notifications to be sent to such as when you receive a submission. Whereas the sender is the email you are receiving them from though it can be set to the name of the person who has filled in your form for the sender name field and the email would be the address sending it to you as the recipient.
