ROAMBUILT has been using jotforms as part of our integration from ordering customers purchase information. It was set up by a former employee Evert Gris. We are trying to get this form back into use by our system however he had the forms coming to his email address. I need to know how we can regain access to this form and the results of the data filled out by the customer.

    Hello Rich,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with your query. It is possible to change the ownership of the account by changing the account email address associated with the account to the new email that you'd like to use. Afterward, a password reset link will be sent with instructions to complete the process.

However, if you don't have access or the email is already inactive, you may need to contact your IT Department for a possible retrieval of a revoked access of the old owner. Please understand we enforce the verification and security policy to prevent issues like this from happening in the first place.

One of the alternatives that we suggest is to clone the forms. This will clone all settings which you can edit and customize, but a new URL will be created for the cloned URL, and submissions will not be moved. Let me walk you through it

    1. In Form Builder, go to My Forms.
    2. On the left side of the page, click Create Form.
    3. Select Import Form from the options then select From a web page.
    4. Under the options, type or insert the form URL that needs to be cloned.
    5. Click on Create Form button.
    6. Afterward, you'll be redirected to the Form Builder to start working on the newly cloned form.

Lastly, you have contacted us using a Guest account which is a one-time login feature only. We suggest you log in to your account and send us a new support request. You may also include from the request the old email/username that is in question.
