I can’t reset my password and can't get into the account?

    I can’t get into the account. The forgot password doesn’t come to me. My email address is Monica@MonicaMorganSpeaks.com and Monica@MonicaMorganPhotography.com. Thank you

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking your previous ticket. The results I get are the same as the results that my colleague gets. You may check out your previous thread here.

    After checking, There's no associated account with this email address: Monica@MonicaMorganSpeaks.com.

    However, there's a free account associated with this email address: Monica@MonicaMorganPhotography.com. Unfortunately, it doesn't have any active forms.

    I have done clearing your cache and flushed your login attempts. Can you please try to reset your password again? Check out this guide about Resetting Jotform Account Password.
