How do I change my payment method

I need to change my payment method from paypal to cc - how do I do that?

Hello Lori,

I believe you can directly add your credit card in your own PayPal account and you will not have to make any additional changes.

If you want to change the payment method in JotForm, you will have to cancel your PayPal subscription and upgrade your account again with your new credit card details.

Once your cancel your PayPal subscription, please click on the following URL to upgrade your account again with credit card:

http://www.jotform.com/upgrade?username=ycc2006&account_type=PREMIUM&period=monthly

Hello Lori,

You have to cancel your subscription through your own paypal account. Here are the steps to cancel your subscription :

1. Log in to your PayPal account

2. Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm

3. Click on the subscription number for that transaction

4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
